Rasa Warna
Weaving Breathwork with Plant Dye Art
As the Wood Snake sheds its last skin and the Fire Horse is waking up, we gather in Ubud for a half-day journey into sensation, color, and inner sight.
Rasa Warna is a guided workshop combining Conscious Connected Breathwork with plant dyeing on silk. It’s an alchemy of breath and botanicals, where your body remembers how to burn clean and bloom loud.
What Happens in Rasa Warna?
We move slowly, with intention and plenty of space to feel:
- An opening circle to land in the space and name your intention.
- 90 minutes of breathwork to enter an altered, yet deeply safe, state of consciousness.
- A gentle break to ground, drink, and let the experience settle in your body.
- 90 minutes of ecoprinting on silk, co-creating with leaves, bark and flowers.
- Lunch, unbundling your cloth, witnessing how the plants have answered you in color.
- Closing circle to integrate and carry the work home.
The Breathwork Session
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple pattern of continuous breathing that opens a door to your inner landscapes. Through this rhythm, the body softens its guard. Memories rise. Emotions, long held, find a way to move. Insights thread themselves together in surprising ways.
In this session, Indri will guide you to:
– Connect to your breath as a trustworthy anchor.
– Listen to the signals of your body without forcing or fixing.
– Meet an altered state of consciousness that is grounded, not escapist, where creativity, clarity, and emotional truth can surface.
Here, breath becomes an oracle. You may meet old stories ready to be released, or new visions asking to be born.

The Ecoprinting Session
From breath, we move to color.
With your nervous system softened and awake, you will step into a tactile dialogue with silk and local plants.
Guided by Novieta, you will:
– Touch and choose the botanical spirits that call to you.
– Arrange them on silk based on what you feel in your body: emotion, memory, or simple curiosity.
– Wrap, bind, and steam your cloth, allowing heat and time to translate plant dyes into pattern.
This is not about “perfect design”. This is about making wearable poetry: a piece of cloth that carries your process, senses, and season. When we later unbundle the silk, each of you will reveal a one-of-a-kind piece. An imprint of conversation between breath, body, and the living world.
Moving from Wood Snake to Fire Horse
Who this is for
The Wood Snake year has been a season of shedding, introspection, and subtle rearrangement underground. The Fire Horse year calls in something different: fierce creativity, courage, motion, and wild color.
Rasa Warna is designed as a bridge between these cycles to:
– Honor what your body is ready to release.
– Rekindle the inner artist who may have been sleeping.
– Attune your next steps to what feels alive, not just what looks “right” from the outside.
This gathering is for you if:
– You’re craving a reset that is both gentle and powerful.
– You want to reconnect to your body and creativity without pressure to “perform”.
– You love plants, color, textiles, or ritual—and want to experience them in a new way.
– You’re curious about breathwork, but also want something tangible to carry home.
No previous experience with breathwork or natural dye is needed. Just an open heart, a curious mind, and a body that is ready to be listened to.
